Sarah specializes in market strategy and site selection for national retailers.  Her focus on the unique aspects of the retail segment provides tailored solutions that integrate with her clients’ strategic visions.  Having worked on numerous national roll outs, Sarah has developed and maintains strong owner and brokerage relationships on national, regional and local levels.

From her broker, team leader, and national director roles at global firms like JLL and SRS Real Estate Partners, Sarah brings a holistic approach to retail strategy and combines it with a personalized touch that elevates the standard of market engagement. Sarah’s total transaction volume exceeds $500 million.  She has earned membership in the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtor’s Million Dollar Club for twelve consecutive years including receiving the prestigious Phoenix Award and a three-time top ten retail broker.  While at SRS, Sarah received the Rising Star award in 2010 and Top Achiever awards in 2014 and 2015.

Throughout her career, she has received numerous Power Broker awards from CoStar. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science degree in political science from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC.  She completed internships in the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington D.C. and in the House of Commons in London, England.
